To my Love

 

No, no, this is not a cake this time....It's only a cookie. But a special cookie because I made it for my true love, for the person who I love with my whole heart. And because I love this person truly I wanted to surprise him with something that he loves  and adores - coconut dessert. That's why I made coconut shortbread cookies but only one of them I made with this size and in that shape. It's covered it with fondant.
