Chocolate and fruit



That cake was for the birthday of a friend of mine. I didn't ask for permission and that's why I won't mention the name...I'll share with you just the cake :)


The layers are white (I have just used the eggs whites), without milk. The filling is a delicious mixture of mascarpone and wild berries (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries), agave syrup and agar-agar. The cake I covered with chocolate frosting and then I poured the chocolate ganache....The decoration is simple-just fruit, but fresh and healthy!
