This airbrushed cake is for Niki's 7th birthday. Happy birthday, dear child!
This cake represents the space. On the other side it was supposed to be related to Star Wars. On the top of the cake Niki's mom will put a Star Wars toy and the cake will be finished.
The layers are vanilla ones with colorful sprinkles inside. The cream filling is with mascarpone and strawberries and raspberries.
I put some icing decorations based on Star Wars theme around the cake. You can see them in the following photos...
I hope that Niki was pleasantly surprised with his birthday cake :)
