Happy birthday, dear Nikoleta! Have a great birthday party full of beautiful gifts, nice surprises and a lot of smiles!
Nikoleta's cake wish this year is the very beautiful Rapunzel. The princess is plastic decoration that will be a good memory for Nikoleta from this birthday party. All other decorations are made out of fondant. The tower is built out of cookies and ice cream cone.
The cake is a combination of chocolate and vanilla layers. The filling is made out of mascarpone cream, whipping cream and powdered sugar. I used also mini eclairs to make the cake more delicious :)
